The air conditioning was very weak and ineffective.

fantastic view and very friendly personnel at the reception, white view restaurant and at the beach bar.

poor facilities for 5 star hotel, tennis court was really bad,none activities for children, there was a smell in the bathroom from canalization, very expensive for what it offers, we had to pay even for our sunbeds on the beach.

The location is magnificent, on the waterfront. The bets part that it's short walk to the local beaches or the lovely taverna's of Koukounaries and the nicer restaurants. Tasty breakfast on the spot, thanks a lot. ...

The fine views of the two nearby coves are amazing! Breakfast exceeds 4-star expectations, and the attentive staff ensures a comfortable experience.

The location was 1 mile to little banana beach. Stamelos Taverna, located within 10 minutes' walk, is a good dining option.

The pool area is lovely, but the lack of cleanliness was disappointing.

It has superb environment and the view from the hotel is really great! Also the buffet in the morning was very good and the stuff helpful while replenishing the buffet orderly.

Very poor/old looking rooms on the first and second floors. Although spacious they need to be renovated. Also they do not clean well the rooms. We found trash and pair of glasses from the previous couple. The personnel in the restaurants and shop were very nice unlike the bitter woman at the reception. She must be changed asap! It is a ptty as the male receptionists (Niko for example) were nice and helpful while the sour and bitter woman was very unfriendly and made you feel bad about even asking a question! Management needs to take this seriously into account as we discussed that with 3 other hotel residents that had similar or worse opinion.

The staff is knowledgeable and hospitable, makes sure that the place is clean. Terrific service, the breakfast is savoury.

The fine views and good pool. The breakfast buffet was quite varied, and I loved the live traditional music on Tuesday! A special shoutout for the reservation team for their really good assistance during a last-minute request. Just be prepared for a bit of a climb to get to your room!

Had an amazing time with friends! We explored stunning hiking routes nearby and basked in the beautiful views. The beach was just a short shuttle ride away, and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Pro tip, try to book a refurbished room for the best experience!

The beach was only a short shuttle ride away, which made it super convenient to soak up the sun. The only hiccup was a bit of a wait for check-in, but it was otherwise a fantastic experience! ☀️
